WEST KIRBY - TAPROOM SUPERVISOR

Here's what we're offering:

Location: Black Lodge Taproom, West Kirby
Hours: 35 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Pay: £14 p/h
Reports to: General Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a charismatic, energetic, and highly motivated Bar Supervisor to help lead our West Kirby Taproom team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great beer, enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the day-to-day operation of the taproom, setting the tone for exceptional service while supporting the management team with administration, stock control, and maintaining high standards. You'll be equally comfortable chatting with customers about craft beer, mixing cocktails during a busy service, and ensuring the taproom is spotless.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a lot of personality—someone who can bring energy to the room, make guests feel welcome, and embody the independent spirit of Black Lodge.
